Fitness Assessment

This a simple meet and greet to get to know why you’re looking to make a lifestyle change. It takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour which includes a workout so bring a towel and workout clothes. The assessment also includes:

  • Evaluation of current health conditions, past injuries or surgeries, and any limitations you might have
  • Discuss current fitness goals and previous ones and identify the key issues to overcome them
  • Test current level of fitness by evaluating strength, functionality, flexibility, conditioning, core strength, multi planar movements, muscle endurance, coordination and balance
  • Identify appropriate training options
  • Go over tools that will help alongside our training regiment to help you progress more quickly
